What are set up and tear down hours?

Exhibitor Installation:
Monday, September 17, 2007 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
All exhibits must be fully operational by 4:30 pm Monday, September 17th. After this hour no installation work will be permitted without special permission from Exhibit Management.

Exhibitor Dismantle:
Wednesday, September 19, 2007 2:01 pm – 10:00 pm

Does my exhibitor badge gain me access to the conferences?

Yes

How many staff badges can I order and is there a fee?

As many as you need and there is no charge. Order your badges online.

Where do I park?

There are two public parking garages available that connect to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center via a pedestrian walkway. Both parking garages can be accessed from River Rd.

Where do I stay?

Hotel information including group rates and instructions can be found on the travel section of FacilitiesMidwestExpo.com.

How do I reach your show decorator?

Rosemont Exposition Services (RES) can be reached at 847-696-2208.

Where do I go to order carpet, power, scanners, booth furnishings, send shipments, etc.?

By July 1st you should receive an exhibitor manual on CD from Rosemont Exposition Services with this information. If you have not received one, please email Kathleen Blohowiak with ROC Exhibitions or call 630-271-8210.

When can I expect to see the registration list?

Our main point of contact only (whoever within your organization signed the space app/contract) will receive an email five weeks prior to the event and again 30 days post show with the mailing list including postal mail information for registered attendees (email, phone and fax are not available).

How many attendees do you expect in 2007?

1,800.

What types of facilities are represented by Facilities Midwest Expo attendees?

Commercial, Educational, Institutional, Governmental, Medical.

What is the cost to exhibit?

2007 rates: $26.00/sq ft, no extra fee for corners.

Is the booth furnished?

No, if you desire furnishings, the can be ordered through the show decorator, Rosemont Exposition Services (RES). They can be reached at 847-696-2208. We require carpet which you can bring or rent from RES.

Is there Wireless Internet access on the show floor?

No, but you are welcome to check your email on the computers at the Facilities Midwest Cyber Centers or you can order Internet connectivity via the Exhibitor Manual.
